Who is Tally Trust for?

Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?
We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms. Including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more. If you’re not sure, search for your software here.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are fully set up in under 30 minutes. We just need to connect to your Google profile, connect your CRM, and upload your personalized image. Then you're good to go!
How long does it take to start getting reviews?

On average, our users receive their first reviews less than 24 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on the number of customers you have, but we move fast.

When do you bill?

If you're on the Pay-Per-Review plan, you will be charged the $49 minimum fee 3 days after starting your free trial. A month later, you will be charged $10 per 4 and 5-star review (subtracting the $49 prepaid minimum), if applicable. Anything above 50 reviews is on us!

Example:

  • January 10: Start free Pay-Per-Review plan trial
  • January 13: Pay the minimum $49 monthly fee for the following 30 days
  • January 13 - February 12: Generated 16 positive reviews
  • February 13: Pay $111 (16 reviews minus prepaid minimum fee) plus $49 minimum fee for the following 30 days for a total of $160.
  • February 13 - March 12: Generated 18 positive reviews
  • March 13: Pay $131 (18 reviews minus prepaid minimum fee) plus $49 minimum fee for the following 30 days for a total of $180.
  • And so on...


If you're on the Subscribe & Save plan, you will be charged the $149 flat monthly fee 3 days after starting your free trial. Then, you will be charged every month after that.

Example:

  • January 10: Start free Subscribe & Save plan trial
  • January 13: Pay the $149 monthly fee for the following month
  • February 13: Pay the $149 monthly fee for the following month
  • March 13: Pay the $149 monthly fee for the following month
  • And so on...

If you're on the Growth plan, you will be charged the $279 flat monthly fee 3 days after starting your free trial. Then, you will be charged every month after that.

Is there a contract?

No. We work to earn your business every month. It's easy to onboard, and we don't hold Google Business Profiles hostage for canceling.

Can you keep bad reviews From Google?
No, we can’t block or filter reviews. That’s against Google’s policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created Tally Trust because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether they are asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers!

We have seen too many businesses lose their Google Business Profile forever for violating Google policies. They end up missing out on tens of thousands in revenue and we've seen it destroy businesses. There are other tools out their that do it, but it is risky.

Also, consumers can always go directly to Google and leave a negative review, so you're never fully safe.

A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, especially with hundreds and thousands of positive reviews, but getting your profile shut down permenantly will.
How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?

We recommend 1 initial review request post service, then 1 gentle reminder. However, this can be turned up or down. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month.

How does this work with recurring services? 

If you serve your customers every week, and every week they got a review request and follow ups that would get annoying. We have a 30 day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review again.

What is a personalized image review request?

This allows us to get your customers attention and give you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored, we are able to send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you ever expected.

Do you have review widgets?

Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors into customers.

What is social media review posting?

When you get a 5-star review, we can turn it into a post and share it for you on social media. It's a great way to repurpose your reviews and increase your social proof.

How many reviews should I expect?

Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM, we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-8 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20-30% of your new customers to leave a review after service. However many of our users see over 50% of their new customers leaving a review.

How does the review reactivation work?

We take your past customer list and drip out personalized image review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger.

What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?

Right now, we focus on Google reviews, since they have the biggest impact on local rankings and generating new customers. Facebook, Yelp, and other review platforms are in development.

Are you HIPAA compliant (for businesses in the medical field)?

Not at this time. While we do plan to become HIPAA compliant in the future, we're intentionally holding off for now. Once we become HIPAA certified, every future update, no matter how small, would need to go through HIPAA review processes, which can significantly slow down development.
